Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return: 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

All items purchased from swannfam.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Disclaimer: Please use care and precautions when using candles. It is recommended to place a lit candle on a heat resistant coaster/surface to prevent any possibility of heat damage. Swann Family Candle Company assumes no responsibility for any damage that may occur due to misuse of candles, and candle burning.

• BE MINDFUL WHILE CANDLE IS LIT
• Always burn on a heat resistant surface
• Avoid Drafty Areas 
• Do not burn near additional heat sources
• To achieve an even burn, burn for 3-5 hour* intervals til a full melt pool forms.
• Keep wax pool free of Debris
• Keep burning candles away from children & pets
• ALWAYS keep the wick trimmed to 1/4" to prevent soot and smoke from flame
• When candle wax has burned down to 1/2" of the base, the candle will become hotter from flame causing heat retention. Exercise caution when burning. 
• Soy Wax spills can be cleaned with ease. Use warm soapy water.

• To prevent fire or injury remove packaging before use
• Use only in tea-light warmers or UL listed electric warmers approved for wax melts
• Read and follow all instructions provided with your warmer before use
• Do NOT add water
• Do NOT leave melter unattended while in use
• Keep out of reach of children and pets
• Do NOT melt on stovetop or in non-approved appliances
• Use only in well ventilated areas away from flammable materials
• Discontinue use if the dish contains less then 1/2 inch of wax
